Polarized creates rainbow light infraction
I really love the shape and fit of these glasses! I was pleasantly surprised at how well they fit, and how well made they feel considering they’re at a lower price point. However, unfortunately for me these polarized lenses create rainbow infractions of light coming through the lenses and I had a pair by Chanel that I just returned because of the same reason I thought they were like fatal but I got online and come to find out it’s either my tent or it’s these polarized lenses are all of a sudden different with my eyes I don’t understand, I mean high-quality polarized lenses don’t do that so I’ll say right off the bat these are cheaper glasses and I tend to buy cheap ones because I end up losing the expensive ones eventually. When I buy expensive sunglasses I keep good care of them for the first 2 to 3 years and then if they go out of style or if they get bent or something I’m over them new pair so I like to have what I call throw around glasses like that I really don’t care if you get my stuff but I really do love the shape and fit of these. My only objection is that rainbow light infraction coming in so now I have to get my tent. My tint looked at and see if if it’s OK even though I had my tint done at the same exact place on my old car, maybe they gave me some really cheap film this time and they didn’t think I’d realize it. I don’t know I have to check, but I don’t know if anyone else has this issue I don’t see any reviews about rainbow colors so maybe it’s my tent so overall I’d say four out of five only because of the rainbow colors if I find out that it’s my I’ll come back and change it. Thanks.

I love the style of these. Oversized sunglasses work well for my face shape, and these are super cute. I love the dark polarized lenses, and while the purple pair with the gradient lenses still make me squint in bright light, they’re better than no sunglasses at all.

However, these sunglasses are CRAZY easy to bend. The metal takes the slightest force and it’s impossible to get them back into shape. My toddler yanked them from my head, and while in his hand, the hinge piece bent just so the sunglasses no longer stay on my head. I can’t get enough purchase on the hinge piece to bend it back in place with just my fingers.

The lenses also seem too easy to pop out. I pulled the glasses by the frame from the top of my head down my face as I walked out of the store, and a lens popped out onto the sidewalk. If the glasses fall for whatever reason, the lenses pop out. They haven’t broken or scratched yet, but they just don’t have the quality I’d expected from the other reviews.

These are decent backup glasses, and I love the shape, but I’ll be looking for another, better quality pair for my main sunglasses.
