HOW TO DOWNLOAD/DELIVERY OF THE FILES

After your purchase is complete you will be shown a link that will take you to your downloads page, where you will be able to download your purchases. If you have paid with Direct Checkout or Paypal it can take a few minutes for your payment to be confirmed.

In addition you will also receive an email (at your registered Etsy.com email address) to let you know that your files are ready to download. Clicking the "View your Files on Etsy" link in the email will take you to your downloads page.

You may also access your downloads page from the top righthand corner of any Etsy page; click on the link for "You", then select "Purchases and Reviews" from the pulldown menu. This will take you to your Purchases page. To the right of your order, click "Download Files." This will take you to the Downloads page for the files attached to your order.

HOW TO PRINT

1. Please be advised that the colors on your screen may print differently on paper, and from printer to printer. All printers are calibrated differently and therefore will print color differently.

2. When printing, make sure that you do a “Print Preview” to ensure that the art print is within the printing area. If it is not, adjustments can be made in your page settings by selecting (Standard Borderless US Letter Paper Size 8.5x11 inches). If you are having difficulties with the page being cut off, colors not appearing correctly, or the resolution of the files appearing much lower once they are printed, please contact your printer support.
