It's so good I'm honestly considering buying another one. It comes in two parts - the cabinet, and the actual unit, which slides into the cabinet - which is VERY convenient, as anyone who's had to struggle with not falling out the window while installing a unit will tell you. I fully expect that it won't do any heat pumping in the depths of winter, but for now, it's great!
It could stand to be more energy efficient (coefficient is something like 3, so every kW you pay for, it moves 3kW of heat) but what can you really expect from a window unit? It isn't any louder than other window units I've had, too.

Works fine, hard to read controls
This is a nice unit and runs with a moderate to low amount of noise. My only problem is seeing the lights/indicators for things like heat, fan, cool, etc. The wording is tiny and the indicators hard to see. I have to get on a stool to find out how I’ve set anything using the remote control. If you mount it low in a window, it might be fine.
