Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply: after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating; immediately after towel drying; at least every 2 hours. Children under 6 months: Ask a doctor. Sun Protection Measures. Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.; wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses. Protect this product from excessive heat and direct sun.

Omg yall this sunscreen is absolutely amazing. Usually when a sunscreen says it's non greasy it still has some grease, but this sunscreen genuinely and I mean genuinely has zero grease at all!!! I'm super picky about sunscreens too and I've never used anything this good. I use the two finger method to apply sunscreen and it blends out beautifully, there's zero white cast, coming from an Arab, and it genuinely feels as though there's nothing on my face. It gives me zero shine and my face stays matte all day! I've been using this for a few days now and I have zero complaints at all!! My eyes haven't burned and I love that the bottle is actually so big! You absolutely need to get this sunscreen I love it!

This is a fantastic sunscreen, probably the best I’ve ever used. It has a light, velvety feel and absorbs quickly into your skin. After it absorbs it doesn’t feel like you’re wearing it at all. It has a light, pleasant tropical scent and doesn’t really smell like sunscreen. Much to my surprise I was able to wear this on my face with zero greasiness, and my makeup was perfectly compatible with it (maybe… I daresay… better?). My only recommendations for Banana Boat would be to make an unscented version or one with a higher SPF.

I spend quite a bit of time at the beach and loathe the greasy sticky feeling of sunscreen especially after it’s been applied multiple times throughout the day. Used it for the first time today at a water park for 9 hours with several reapplications and never once felt greasy or sticky and the sun protection was perfect. Doesn't have a heavy perfumey smell. Could barely smell it at all. Will definitely make this my go to sunscreen.

I’ve always hated wearing sunscreen. Probably some traumatic childhood experience of being slathered in oily goo at the beach. Alas, I’m fair-skinned and forced to wear it if I’m going to spend any appreciable amount of time outdoors. I’d been buying whatever was on sale at the supermarket (dreading the moment I’d apply it), and decided to see if there was something markedly better. I picked up this Banana Boat “Light as Air” sunscreen along with 3 others marketed as “sheer” facial sunscreen to try out.

This stuff is a HUGE improvement over the giant bottles of goop we all grew up with. A pea-sized drop is enough to cover my face- forehead to chin and ear to ear. It’s absorbs fairly quickly and doesn’t leave your hands feeling like you need to wash them with a degreaser. By the time I leave the house my face feels pretty normal to the touch; my glasses aren’t slip-sliding off my face and I don’t slime everything that touches my face.

My main complaint is the smell. It has a distinct scent like piñ
a-colada’s. Mucho beach vibes, but a bit weird for daily wear- to the office or if you’re using toiletries with other scents (like deodorant, after-shave, perfume/cologne, etc.). I’ll keep it with my beach/camping/travel stuff, but use one of the sunscreens I found around town.
