So I've been wanted to work out more at home because I'm a bit gym shy especially with working out my legs so I just bought the first simple bands I saw and WOW. For the price, they are thick and strong and I feel really comfortable wearing them, plus they don't slide down at all! THE only thing I could see as a problem is that it doesn't seem like they are made for larger body types, like if you're extra juicy in the legs, they MIGHT not be the best fit but I can't confirm that since I'm pretty average (5'5 130lbs) but for me they are fantastic!

These are very good quality, and I like how they don't pull on my hair. However, I can't even move the one marked "heavy" and the "medium" one is almost as hard to stretch. I get about 6" of stretch with the "light" one, 2" with "medium" and 0" with "heavy." You might say I should work out more, and that may be true, but I would say don't get these unless you're pretty advanced and strong, as only one of the 3 bands is usable for me. It does come with a nice exercise guide and the bag is handy for storing the 2 I can't use.
