    The media could not be loaded.
     So haven't tested the taste of the water yet, but after install it works great after a little extra gasket help, the flow is great with no leaking. After removing my pur filter I had no aerator and no gaskets on the sink. I installed it with the the inside aerator adaptor that came with a white gasket from the Ispring box. Then I put the whole unit on with just that one gasket, It leaked in four different areas. I had two gaskets sitting around after I removed my PUR unit. I don't know if they were part of the faucet or the old filter but I took one and after removing the Ispring I placed the second gasket in the connector on the unit, there was enough room for it. Hooked it all up and the result is what you see in the video. I like the increased flow from both aerators. The pur filter dribbled out so little it was nice to see a full flow coming from the Ispring. I imagine any future leakiness would be easily solved with gasket replacement. It really seems that's what keeps the whole thing together. If I'm blown away by the taste I'll update this, but mainly just wanted to show how leakiness can be solved easily.

    I purchased this water filter approximately 2 plus years ago after extensive research. It was easy to install and the water tastes great! I order a new filter every few months and have been impressed with its performance even with frequent use.

    Unfortunately, in November it sprang a weird leak that would not stop even with tightening. I got on Amazon to review my order and customer reviews and saw a lot of comments regarding ISprings excellent customer service especially talking with Sean. I remember thinking it wouldn't hurt to call.

    To my surprise Sean answered the phone. I explained that my filter sprang a weird leak and after a few questions he said he would be happy to forward a new filter to me and within a few days I was installing a new filter. I recommend the performance of this product and will continue to use ISpring.

    I bought this to replace a previous generation PUR filter that I never loved. That one didn't attach securely to the tap and filtered slowly. I love that this iSpring filter screws on to my faucet with no leaks; it feels much more secure and also takes up less space. It also filters the water quickly, almost too fast; it's hard to believe it's really filtering as great as they say when it feels like it's running through nearly as fast as when bypassing the filter. But it does get rid of the chlorine taste, so if that's your need I highly recommend it over the PUR filter.

    The reason I can't give it 5 stars is just because I don't know how well this really works beyond getting rid of the slight chlorine taste. I live in an area with good water quality, so can't see a difference, and don't have an easy way to test it otherwise. If the company could provide independent test results that would help; just saying that it removes "150+ contaminants" sounds too good to be true for such a lightweight and fast filter. And the pics showing the results of filter tests don't mean anything to me without clarification or independent verification. I'll update this in the future if that is provided, or anything else happens to change my opinion. So far I think this is a worthwhile product though, and that seems to be as good as one can hope for with faucet filters.

    This filter system is amazing. It made my city water drinkable, and taste great. I can make clear, clean ice cubes using this filter. I had a small amount of trouble replacing a filter, it seemed the new one wasn't the same size, but when I called Ispring support Nick was incredibly helpful and let me know that the small ring inside the filter sometimes gets stuck and to remove it and put it in place. Worked perfectly. Was very easy to do, and my water keeps tasting great. With big city water and fairly heavy use of the filter I have found I need to replace it about every 8 months, which is a huge difference over other filters I have tried that did not work as well and only lasted 3 months. I even sent one of these to my child, so they would have better water at home.
