One of the constant problems with wanting to live with little or no alcohol in our lives is the battle against sweet drinks as the only option. Ghia presents an amazing alternative mixer as it has a wonderful depth of botanical flavor and none of the cloying sweetness that comes from so many other alt mixers.
We received our order of Ghia quickly, with wonderful sustainable packaging that protected the product and offered a great "display". Despite what we have read in some reviews, we had no issues with the cork- maybe it was from their reviews that we opened it gently, so thank you for that! :-)
It is a mixer, so we did try a little bit of Ghia on its own, just to determine the strength and how we wanted to approach it. By itself, it is quite bitter and potent in flavor, but we could instantly tell that it would mix well in a variety of options. We tried it with soda water for a light sipper (2oz Ghia to 3oz soda water), mixed it in the same ratio with N/A sparkling white wine (Chateau-ish), and tried our hand at a cocktail using typical punch cocktail ratios: 1 part Fresh Lemon, 2 parts Honey Syrup, 3 parts Ghia and topped with 4 parts Green Tea where Ghia was in place of the alcohol. Garnished with an orange slice and some fresh basil. It was a lovely sipper for a nice garden dinner!

First off, unlike some reviews I've seen , I didn't have any problems with the cap or cork at all. Either Ghia fixed whatever the problem was, or those were unfortunate outliers. Either way, all good there.
We got the berry and tried it straight, with sparkling, and on the rocks. All very lovely, but liked it with sparking best of the 3 so far.
Really enjoyed the complex flavors. The listed ingredients are a virtual all-star list of my favorites in one apertif! Yuzu, grape, elderflower, plums, ginger, rosemary, and more. Can't wait to try even more things to mix it with!

A good NA aperitif for us, a little bit like an old favorite, Negroni. We sometimes add grapefruit or tangerine juice ice cubes. On our bottle, the plastic cap was lightly glued to the top of the cork, not formed around the top of it: the cork broke in half and even a corkscrew couldn't bring it up; we had to push it into the bottle. It didn't affect the flavor, but lost some of the drinks table elegance.

I have been alcohol free for over three years and have tried so many NA drink options over the years - none has even been nearly as great as Ghia! I struggle with most NA options being overly sweet and syrupy tasting but Ghia tastes like an elevated juice for adults. It feels fun to make a special non-alcoholic drink when I'm at a gathering where people are drinking. I mix one part Ghia to two parts bubbles and sometimes add a splash of fruit juice or a squeeze of fresh citrus. I love the original but some of my friends go for the Berry flavor for a sweeter option. Everything Ghia makes is just perfection. Cheers!

I love Ghia! It's great by itself -- I like it on the rocks with a twist. But it's also the best mixer bar none. I'm California sober these days and I appreciate having an adult beverage without the hangover. I like to mix 2oz. of Ghia with a splash of ginger ale and then top it off with seltzer for a tall beverage that satiates and quenches. Is it worth the price? You bet! When I think of how much money I used to spend on liquor and wine, Ghia is a great alternative. And I'm worth it!

Arrived with the cork too disconnected so we’re having to open the cork like this. Not cute. The flavor is ok, trying out some mixes to see how it does with mocktails. Would not buy again if this is how the bottle is always going to come.
