I've actually bought 3 of these, one as a gift, one for myself that I broke by dropping something heavy on it (a couch leg when I moved furniture) and breaking the plastic guide inside, and this one. I bought a smaller unit of a different brand once and it almost caught on fire because of a bad cord and that company has had multiple issues with that and didn't want to hear about mine but I sent it to them anyway and told them no I didn't want a replacement or a coupon. I came back to this brand because it's solid (except when you drop couches on it, not the product's fault) and helps with that knot one gets in the "chicken wing" upper back area. I'll buy a 4th one someday for myself or another gift.

This worked well for a little over 2 years and then the rollers caught the material and ripped it. I tried mending it, but the rollers just caught it worse and ripped it more. I didn't realize that the massage cushion was used when I bought it, otherwise I would not have bought it. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I had my previous massage cushion for over 10 years until it wore out electrically. The material it was made of was awesome, not the cheap material of this one.
