UPDATE: Loog is offering virtual product support and if we’re unable to resolve the issue they have agreed to replace it! 🙏🏻
UPDATE 2: although there wasn’t great directions in the packaging (for non-musicians), the customer service rep was polite and helpful … and successfully walked me through using the enclosed string winder to tighten the strings & pegs. I wish I had opened & visually inspected the guitar before Christmas morning so that we could’ve resolved the issue sooner. But it’s working great now! 😊
My daughter just opened this on Christmas morning & one of the 3 strings was already broken out of the box. Apparently since I did my Christmas shopping early (October), I don’t see an option to return it!

Good for kids
It's a good size for kids, looks lovely and plays well until one day we woke up to find one string had fallen off. I contacted customer service via email on their website but no response. :(
