After going through so many different brands, I finally found something worth having. These cook much faster and the heat is spread very evenly, unlike my other pans which get much hotter in the middle.I should have gone for the smaller 8" and 10" because these are bigger than I expected.The pans I have from other brands are measuring from the top outside. These all-clad pans measure the actual inside cooking surface.I'm just disappointed that they show images of lids and talk about the lids, but actually there's no lids included.

These pans are a joy to cook with. No stick whatsoever and very easy to clean. But mostly I love the way there is an even distribution of heat throughout. These are professional pans, in fact, a professional chef told me to look for them. I wasn't sure about the large size of that 12" large skillet, (make room on the shelf for this one!) but I am finding lots of good uses for it simply because it is so large-like more poaching, even soups. And the price can't be beat for this quality.

So far so good. We are replacing a couple of older, well worn, 8” and 10” non-stick frypans that served us well. The weight of these is what we expect from A/C. But we haven’t tested them yet and will update this as we do.
As per the handles, what the heck is the big deal! We have 30 A/C pots and pans and they all have the same handle. It has never been an issue. My wife is a lifelong professional chef and chef educator and never an issue. Until I read these reviews I had never heard a complaint.
After using them for a week (my wife is a retired professional chef and is ALWAYS cooking-and we have over 30 All-Clad pans), we found them perfectly functional and a huge bargain. We have no complaints of the evil handles. They work well as all AC handles do and the NS surfaces as well. Nothing to add to the above except that they are not showing any signs of wear at all after a few months. But we take care of our pans! No overheating, no metal utensils and no scrubbing with abrasives. We like them enough that we just bought a 12” pan from this same line.

Totally happy with them. I've had this set of two frying pans for nearly two years, and use them practically every day. So far, durable in every respect, particularly with respect to scratching (though I generally use plastic rather than steel tools, so as not to test that too much), and seem to be dishwasher safe (though again I generally wash by hand, so haven't tested that too much either). Absolutely non-stick, as advertised. Would definitely buy again, though that is unlikely since they seem on pace to outlast me.

These pans work very well. I highly recommend them. The color is beautiful. They have been durable during the month I've had them. They are versatile with many different foods. The coating is nonstick though I often cook with butter or a variety of different oils. The lid fits well and the handle does not get hot. The handles on the pans do not get hot as well. They also heat evenly and sit on the stove top evenly. There's no tilting like other pans I've used. Yes, as shown in other reviews the bottoms do transfer color though it has not changed the performance which is the most important.

I bought this set a few days ago and I have only cooked eggs in the 8" pan and burgers in the 10" pan. Both pans are very nonstick and I am impressed with their heaviness. I use an induction burner and my tip is that you rarely have to go above medium heat, especially with non-stick cookware. However, if you need to sear the meat, you're better off using cast iron on high heat. I added a tbs of butter with the eggs cooked sunny side up on low heat, allowing the pan to heat first. As expected, the eggs slid around with no issue. I was able to take a paper towel and wipe out the remaining grease. Of course, I cleaned it properly by hand with dish soap and a sponge after letting it cool completely (All-Clad's recommendation). The burgers cooked evenly and perfectly. I added a small splash of canola oil on the 10" pan heated to medium heat and they fried up nicely. Overall these pans are great! I read some comments where people complained about the handles but those people were just WEAK!!! I will amend this review should I encounter any problems down the line, but right now I would definitely recommend.

Opinión general: estos sartenes a pesar de ser costosos cumplen a sobre manera lo que prometen. Les hemos cuidado para no dañarlos y hasta ahora, luego de 3 años, siguen siendo completamente antiadherentes. A mi madre le gusta mucho cocinar con ellos y yo pienso que son una muy buena inversión porque los sartenes no se han hecho feos o deformado como los típicos sartenes que puedes encontrar en cualquier casa, llenos de cochambre y quemados. Así que sin duda los recomiendo.
Pros: duraderos, funcionales, bonitos.
Contras: un poco pesados y tardan en calentarse por completo a diferencia de los sartenes delgados.

These non-stick All-Clad pans are AMAZING, so far. We were able to make omelettes, sunny-side-up eggs, pierogis on them, without any food sticking to the pan. The cleanup is a breeze. We're very happy with the pans so far, and will try to make them last as long as possible by using only silicone utensils and soft dish-washing sponges on them. The only thing I don't like is that the pan lids don't have any steam vents. Luckily, I kept my glass Copper Chef pan lids, which do have steam vents, and they fit the All-Clad pans perfectly.

Sempre fui muito fã dos produtos da All-Clad. Sei de su excelente qualidade e durabilidade. Infelizmente o custo de importação é muito alto e impeditivo para ter uma coleção na cozinha. Entretanto, tive a sorte de ver a promoção da Amazon e cries a coragem de comprar. Valeu cada centavo gasto. Pena que nnao tem outras promoções com os demais produtos da All Clad. So como exemplo, um ovo sendo frito sem nenhum oleo, desliza na panela
