I've gone to a lot of mom/pop restaurants in order to find good Pho and I've tasted some amazing stuff.

This instant stuff? Has no business being as good as it is. The company really focused on making sure the broth TASTED and SMELLED like real Pho.
They could have spent money to give you all the ingredients ((bean sprouts, lime juice, garlic chili paste...etc) b)ut they focused on the broth instead and added damned good noodles and a few flavor packets ((one has spices and 'beef' in it, one had powdered flavoring, and the last had some sort of flavorful oil in it)). They did it right and were able to keep the cost low (its like, 1 dollar and some change for each pack I think).
You can eat this just as is and trust me, you'll be happy. Make this product your new Ramen. Im sold.
