Not able to adjust pillow height for "Near King"
I really like the pillow in concept, but the height was a little too high for me. I bought the Near King size to better fit the width of our king size bed. The enclosed User Guide says there is a removable .8" piece of foam that can be taken out to lower the height, but that is not the case for the Near King. To remove the piece would be to remove the pillow's structure (see picture). I was advised to return the pillow by their customer support.

Don't be surprised when you receive a box much smaller than a pillow. It comes rolled up and vacuum sealed. Once you open it there is a slight odor but it dissipates very quickly. Now it says to give it two weeks before you make up your mind on whether you like it or not so that's what I did. I can tell you though that after one night I woke up without pain in my neck for the first time in two and a half years. I have purchased no less than 10 different types of pillows in the last two years because of herniations in my neck and none of them did what they said they were going to do, until I ordered and received this one. Everything it says it will do it does. It is not a soft fluffy cozy cuddle up to kind of pillow. This is a serious pillow for people who have serious neck pain, shoulder pain, neck tightness, headaches, muscle knots, anything in the neck and shoulder area that gives you pain and or prevents you from sleeping this pillow will help you. It is very firm but at the same time very comfortable. It is oddly shaped in that when you lay your head down your shoulders sort of nestle under the pillow on either side. This is purposeful so that your shoulders are not scrunched up or down in any way which allows both your shoulders, upper back, and neck muscles all relax. I would give this pillow 50 stars. I feel like Goldilocks. I finally found the one that is just right. This is not the kind of pillow that is going to help you get the curve back in your neck. What it is going to do is keep your neck and your upper spine in correct alignment and allow you a platform for your head so that all of your muscles relax. If by chance the pillow does not meet up high enough to your neck the company offers free of charge extra foam to put in the pillow so that it becomes the perfect height for you. I myself needed one more piece of foam; emailed the company and received it in less than a week. Now what company does that for you? This pillow has been engineered with purpose! I do not believe it was developed so someone could get rich; it was developed to help and heal people. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone experiencing migraines, stress headaches, neck pain, muscle tightness, knotted muscles, and anything else that causes you pain from the shoulders up. If they have any other products in development I would gladly be a test subject. I am a true believer in EPABO! THANK YOU for making this product. I am actually sleeping six to eight hours at a time where before I woke every hour to two hours all night long; every night. I finally feel rested and my pain level has been cut by more than half.

I tried touching different memorY pillows, aside from expensive prices it didn’t pass my standard, so That’s why I never bought one of those. Just recently I had this stiff neck like so extremely bad way overboard That lasted a week. Any exercises didn’t worked for me. So my husband searched for a pillow and found THIS! 👆🏼
The shipment was fast that as soon as it was in my doorstep i hurriedly tore the packaging and tested it. BOOM! God answered our prayers to find a remedy to heal it ‘coz my neck-shoulders-back spine area was hard and swollen. This pillow has two versions: soft or medium soft (just a little bit hard than the soft one don’t know how to describe it). The first I one i got was the medium that HELPED TREATS MY STIFF NECK. A very good neck pain support, so comfy, elastic. It holds the contours of the head and neck, distributing weight evenly, relieving pressure, and helping with neck and back pain. This can also help with a better night's sleep and a feeling of well restedness.
Just One night sleeping on this pillow you will definitely feel the improvement of your neck pain, it does take away the ache and agony of sleeping in one side or straight up only. This has become my pillow eversince and will not exchange this to any memory pillow at all NEVER. But if only they have the softer one I would certainly love it more. And after several exchange of emails, THEY SENT ME A SOFTER VERSION and it arrived today! It’s like OMG i can’t believe it!!!! It’s soft enough to mold the neck. The softer version is the one for me. It’s PERFECT! I can now sleep well.

I purchased this because I am tall with a long neck and need good support. On top of that I have sleep apnea. I have struggled with many pillows over the years. This pillow has some of the best reviews so I took a chance and I was pleased! Not as thick as some of the pillows out there. And squeezing the material in my hand I had my doubts about the firmness and support claims, but I tried it out. LOVED IT IMMEDIATELY! I got such a good night sleep! I do not find it overly firm - I find it perfect for me. I would love to see this as a king size variant of this product as it is a bit smaller than I am used to, but otherwise it just works. Love it! Will order again when I need to!
