Yes, most laptops support dual voltage (with “100-240V, 50/60Hz” printed on it). You can use our Ougrand adapter to charge your laptop without a voltage converter.

The AC outlet of the adapter wouldn't work anymore, how to fix it?

You can open the compartment at the bottom of the adapter (labeled as "SPARE & FUSE") by using a coin and replace the fuse. If it still doesn't work, please email Ougrand for further assistance.

I recently bought another Adapter that had a WiFi option, but the output power port was on the bottom, not good for a hotel or ship.

This adapter is amazing, the power port is passthrough, and on the back. The USB connectors are great, and it is incredibly light, only 126 Grams.

The only thing I have not tested is the USB 3.1 port. I don't currently have a device that uses that port.

It is light, versatile and has four USB ports. 3 x USB 3 and one USB 3.1
