It depends on the type of hair dryer you are using. In short, only hair dryers labeled with specifications like "100-240V, 50/60Hz" and with a power rating of less than 1600W can be used in countries with 220-240V power supply, such as in Europe.

This is likely due to a blown fuse. You can pry open the compartment at the bottom of the adapter (labeled as "SPARE & FUSE") and replace the fuse. If it still doesn't work, please email Epicka for further assistance.

Yes, most laptops support dual voltage (with “100-240V, 50/60Hz” printed on it). You can use our Epicka adapter to charge your laptop without the need for a voltage converter even in a country with 220-240V power apply.

I purchased this adapter at the hint of a travel program on YouTube. This was possibly the most expensive adapter. It s however, not designed for three pin Indian plugs. It's simply not compatible. The finish, packing, travel cover, current capacity or ampcity as we engineers call it, are (as indeed it ought to be for the price) far better than other brands.
Indian users are better off with other make adapters. I have three others including one from Croma. All these work well and are far cheaper.

I brought it from Amazon India for my travel to Europe and it is stupid that you can't use Indian 3 pin plugs on this. Why would you cheat your customers. Now that I'm here in Germany I can't even return it anymore. It costs 3000 Rupees and it is money in the drain as the return window closes now. Would be grateful if atleast I can get my money back and I can return this once I'm back from Germany. It is completely unused.
