IMPORTANT: Use Forearm Forklift branded products when you move heavy furnishings. Forearm Forklift Lifting Straps are ergonomically designed to encourage proper body mechanics and lifting techniques and are OSHA accepted to help reduce back injuries due to heavy and repetitive lifting. The straps employ leverage which makes the items being carried seem up to 66 percent lighter. This makes the item easier to carry, go up and down stairs, and turn corners. Forearm Forklift Lifting and Moving Straps are easy to use. Crisscross straps underneath the item being moved, this will provide 8 points of contact support for balance and stability to securely move the item without tipping, put forearms through one of the arm hole loops and stand up. Forearm Forklift Lifting Straps save floors from scratches, scuffs and scrapes that hand dollies leave behind. Each of the straps are 9’ 4” (284.48 cm) long and 3" wide for comfort and strength. Each strap has 3 preset arm hole loops at each end. The loops offer 12 position combinations and allow up to 48” (121.92 cm) of length adjustment to carry medium (MED), large (LG), extra-large (XL) and XX-large (XXL) items. For oversized items or when more strap length is required add 3' 6" (42 inches) of additional strap length with Forearm Forklift Extension EXT (sold separately). These strong straps are rated to support up to 800 pounds. Forearm Forklift Lifting Straps are affordable, safe, ergonomic, adjustable and portable. Conveniently store straps in a drawer, tool box, or under a truck seat.

These lifting straps arrived quickly and appear to be great quality. Tight stitching, no loose threads, comfortable padding where they rest on your arms. The bright orange will certainly be easy to spot when I'm looking for where I stashed them later. They are a bit awkward to figure out when using though. You definitely need to practice on a smaller, lighter object first, especially if you're going to be turning things through tight spaces or going up/down stairs. It's hard to initially wrap your head around not lifting something with your hands. Worth the purchase for heavy awkward items, but take your time and figure out the movements first.

I don't know what we would have done without these. They literally saved our backs. having the straps made it so easy to move some very heavy furniture (furniture dollies were not possible due to multiple steps). The 3 different arm slots allowed us to adjust, not only on how tall the furniture was, but also on our own height. we were able to lift the furniture, and still use our hands to balance the object. it was also very nice that because the strap kept the furniture closer to the ground - we were able to set it down when we needed a break due to the weight... still allowing for no bending or trying to figure out how to get our fingers out of the way. I would highly recommend these for anyone who needs to move furniture.

I did not think they would work when a friend lent me these when moving. Great for moving large objects with no handles or place to grip easily. Works best with two people of similar height. If object you are moving is weighted weird (heavier in the back for example) you may have to adjust for best lift.

I bought these to use for a mattress. Did it work ? No not really lol. It kind of did but not really. It could be a 10 inch height gap between both people using it. I would say if you do use it you HAVE to use it with someone your height.

The one thing they might add to these straps is some padding where it meets the arms. Other than that they seem to get the job done. I used them to move a stacked washer and dryer that weighed 250 pounds, and although the unit was very top heavy the straps enabled 2 people to lift them into a pickup truck. I have not used them on steep stairs but they worked okay on regular steps. Steep stair require a lot of good strength and balance and I would leave very heavy or bulky items to the experts.
