Okay, so these instructions have some gaps. But I must say, it was a huge win to have them all written on one side of one page. I had all the steps in view as my hands were holding or attaching parts, etc. No turning back and forth to make sure I didn't miss something or try to see why this or that wasn't fitting. And the sheet is somewhat plasticized so it probably would have withstood getting wet. That alone is worth five stars in my book.Okay, but the instructions had some gaps. Thankfully I was replacing my sprayer and not installing one new, so I was able to figure out the steps.Recommended improvements: tell the customer1) btwn steps 5 & 6, to pull out these two blue plastic tabs in the picture2) btwn 5 & 6, to attached the first end of the bidet hose to the t-adaptor3) that you've included two extra washers just in case but that all needed washer should be in place in the other parts

Hi, I've been holding off my review for a couple of weeks until I got to really use the sprayer on a diaper. We just brought our son home yesterday and I sprayed off a poopy folded cloth diaper this morning. Success! So, now I know that it sprays, and does so with enough gusto to remove a hot mess from some absorby cloth. I already knew that it was super easy to install (all just screwing together like hooking up garden hose), that it feels nice for cleaning my own bum, and that the whole thing feels really solid and well made. If you're going to get a sprayer for diapers or personal hygiene, I think this is the one you should get. I'll try to remember to update this review as we use it more. Also, I just got a second one for our other bathroom.
*Update: Also worked really well with an all-in-one.

I purchased this sprayer a few days ago. Great pressure for those messy diapers! As a mom of two, its important for things to be fast and efficient. This is exactly what i was looking for.

-I love that you can adjust the pressure, to adjust to your needs. And my boys haven't figured out how to turn it on/off.
-For a beginner, or someone who is isn't familiar with plumbing or parts, installation was easy. Though it took me a bit longer to get it as tight as it was supposed to be, it caused little stress.
-It also comes with extra washers, which was a bonus for me, i really liked not having to go out and try to find an extra one.

Definitely recommend buying this one. It may cost more than others, but with the sleek look, easy installation, and clear instructions; You can't beat it!

I received the sprayer a few weeks ago but delayed the installation because I was quite uncertain if I would be able to install it. Quite simply, a new baby and a never ending chore list makes every new task seem so daunting. I finally faced the task and installed the sprayer last night. It wasn't nearly as complicated as I anticipated. I've never had to deal with any toilet parts before so it did take me a few short minutes to figure out how to turn the toilet water supply off. I spent an additional 10 minutes figuring out how to attach the parts to the water supply. The instructions are on the back of the box, which was tremendously helpful. My only problem was that I found the photo demonstrations to be quite small; I had trouble seeing the detail of the picture so I didn't know if I had everything attached correctly. Also, I did notice that the sprayer described in the installation instructions was different from the part that came with the kit. That wasn't a big deal because the function of the sprayer was obvious.

During my first trial run, the part attached closest to the toilet would not stop leaking. I detached it, made sure it was screwed evenly, and reattached it. That solved the problem. I had also noticed that there was a steady leak at the end of the hose where it connected to the sprayer. I realized that I had not placed one of the rubber washers inside the part before I screwed it together. Once I put the washer in place, there was absolutely no leaking.

I haven't used it on a dirty cloth diaper yet, but I think it will be very effective. The on/off lever for the sprayer ends up being near the base of the toilet. It provides a really nice gradient of force so you really can have a very low speed or really high speed robust spray. I was pleasantly surprised to find how strong the stream can get. The highest setting really is very forceful. After several practices with the on/off lever and the sprayer, I feel very comfortable using it.

I took away one star because:
- Small photo images in the instructions.
- People unfamiliar with toilet parts might need more details or a little help. (For example, it would have been nice for the instructions to state that every connection needed a washer in order to prevent leaks. The washers come with the kit, but the instructions only state to place one washer at one connection.)
- Again for novices, you really have to practice with the on/off lever. You need to have a couple of thick towels around the toilet for any leaks that will happen during the installation process.
- To help prevent leaks or accidental sprays, you have to make sure you turn the lever to the off position then press the nozzle to release any water left in the hose. I don't think the directions made that clear.
- Use of this sprayer requires reaching under the toilet every time (unless your toilet water supply is located higher). I do not particularly enjoy that, but that's just how toilets are made - not particularly the product's fault.

Overall, it's a nice product that is very necessary for my cloth diaper journey. The quality is great; no flimsy plastic parts.

Something else that might help others: I also bought the Spray Pal Cloth Diaper Sprayer Splatter Shield.

Being new to cloth diapers, I thought I would just try them out and not buy a sprayer or pail. Yes, this may not be something everyone needs and you can get along just fine without it (disposable liners, swishing, wiping, etc.). However, I have found that I NEED this. It has made my life so much easier. Getting my mother in law on board with cloth diapers was easy (she watches my daughter during the week). However, I didn't want her to have to deal with the messy side of it. I gave her enough wet bags for three days so she could just give me the poopy diapers daily. After working 10 hours, waking up two times a night, and not having enough time to eat, this just saved time and the mess. I also bought a sprayer pail (which I highly recommend as well).

It was so easy to hook up - I did it myself! Just make sure to follow the directions accordingly and use the rubber washers they give you, otherwise, you may get leaks. I love the hanging hook that comes with it that literally just hangs on the toilet lid. Also, one last note, turn off the water supply at the toilet after each use, otherwise, you could end up with a puddle on your bathroom floor. Took me two times to realize that was the culprit. I thought I was just being over zealous with the sprayer.

I am not one to write a review, but after the amazing customer service I received I felt that I needed to commend this company/seller. Shipping was very fast. The sprayer is made of very high quality metal and looks great. I went to install the sprayer on my toilet like the directions said and I could not get the T connector to screw on. I thought the threads on my toilet was messed up so I tried a different toilet and had the same problem. Before I could send amazon/or the seller an email that I wanted to return the product the seller had already emailed me. They informed me that they had identified that they T connector on some of their cloth diaper sprayers were made too small and would not screw onto the toilet. They immediately next day mailed me a new one that worked perfect and also refunded the full amount of the purchase price of the sprayer without me even asking. The company stayed in touch through email to ensure that I received the new T connector and that I was completely satisfied with the product. I am a very satisfied customer. First the look is fine , but after i installed it , i realized that u have to work ur way with the handle to keep it the way u can use the spray means that if u tight it and the spray head is backward then u cant use it , u have to untight it little bit to rotate the head , which is lead the tank to leaks, i tried over 2 hours to solve this issue , i couldn’t, and bcz the ring that goes to the tank doesnt have too much rotation dpace and the hose is short , bcz if that the spray head stays in bad position And u can not use it .
