This is my second cyberpower UPS.My first one....the battery no longer worked and I figured I've had it for years....so replaced it.This one....isn't as...good as my previous.1. There is a very very faint high pitched sound. Almost like a tinnitus sound. From my brief Google reviewing, it seems it could be part of normal operation....though this sound absolutely wasn't there with the previous.2. No display for how much power is left or time left. Previous at least would display stuff3. I only had it for a short time ... Gaming desktop PC + Synology server + Home Assistant unit is all that is plugged in. While playing Overwatch, suddenly it started to have a loud continuous single sound that wouldn't stop. I pushed an held mute, which made it quiet....but letting go the sound started again. I couldn't tell of it was overloaded or hot? I'd assume the former....but....when my kiddo played Forza 5 (more intense game graphically with higher GPU/CPU use) there was nothing like that?Hopefully it doesn't explode on me?1 star off for the annoying tinnitus sound1 star off for an unmutable sound with indeterminate "is this an overload or some other issue"
