When my guy was little he struggles with most nipples. This was one that was recommended to us from the lactation consultant because it is similar to a breast nipple.
We have ordered new nipples over time either when the cats found them or when he needed to increase flow. Easy solution.
They’re easy to clean.
Only learning curve was making sure the ring is properly installed each feeding, otherwise the baby will be wearing the milk and no one is happy about that.
We have been using these bottles for over a year now and have bo regrets.

Tired of wasting breastmilk
I really hate this bottle but want to give a fair review. The design and nipple are great for breastfed babies or those wanting to mimic breastfeeding. I appreciate the wider base at the bottom of the nipple. Cleaning it is no hassle. However, the ring between the bottle and the top is a big problem. The notches have to be lined up just right or it leaks. Even if you know this and have awareness while you’re screwing it on, you won’t know you messed it up until the milk is spilling. This is an excruciating mistake when you’re exclusively pumping and have a low supply- it hurts to waste those ounces, and it pours out, not just drips. Or you might have someone wanting to help feed the baby that doesn’t realize how to check the bottle or won’t notice it’s leaking until it’s empty. I have given the bottle a fair try, used it daily for about a month now, because I know it’s “user error” and kept thinking if I wasn’t being a dummy I’d stop making the same mistake. But this last time was the last time and I’m going to make to switch to Dr. Brown. I’d rather clean extra parts than continue to use this bottle. Whoever came up with, “don’t cry over spilled milk”, didn’t know the pain of pumping around the clock for a baby that can’t latch.
