I purchased this mat nearly 3 years ago and my family has used it almost daily in all that time. It's the mat we put at our kitchen sink to stand on, so it gets a lot of use. It's still very firm and comfortable to stand on, and it feels slightly better than a different ergonomic floor mat we purchased (which is currently in front of our stovetop area and which also gets a lot of use). However it has begun peeling/cracking (the other one we use daily has still not cracked and I purchased them same day) so it doesn't look as pretty anymore. Also the little bits that fall away that have to get cleaned up.

Still, the photos are from today, so this is after years of daily use, and you'll be able to use it for at least that long everyday until this begins to happen. It's still comfy to stand on, firm and easy to clean. Overall a good purchase, I'd say.
