Great quality beard trimmer!
After trying out the Braun BT5070 beard trimmer I'm very impressed with its performance. I spend a lot of time getting my beard perfectly trimmed so I need something that can last and do a good job. This is a simple trimmer that has a couple versatile attachments. I started out using the long beard comb to get a feel for how close I needed to get and then tried out the precision comb. The long comb worked really well at getting all of my long hairs even so I could really start sculpting it the way I wanted. I had a problem with my old trimmer not cutting evenly and leaving a lot of split hairs. The Braun trimmer did not leave any rough or split hairs. I was also impressed with the battery life, which did not run out or lose trimming power through my whole beard trim plus a few touch ups throughout the week. It also helps that it has a quick charge feature and works while plugged in. I had to wait for my old trimmer to charge for about an hour to get any use out of it which was very frustrating. One thing that I had an issue with was that the detail trimmer would catch some hairs while I wasn't using that feature. This was mostly due to the fact that I had to get used to it being there. It's actually a helpful feature for getting small areas like my goatee. Overall the Braun beard trimmer is a very solid product. It trims very precisely and doesn't leave split hairs, has a great battery life, and has a couple helpful features such as the detail trimmer and being fully washable. I received this product free from Braun for my honest review and I'm very happy to have gotten the chance to test it out. I would recommend anyone looking for a great beard trimmer to try this one out, you will not be disappointed!

Overall a great trimmer with multiple uses

Braun sent this beard trimmer for free for me to review. My honest opinion is that the beard trimmer performed well for me. I typically use a beard trimmer to shave my face and to trim my neck line. I want my neck line to be straight and I want face face to be trimmed as short as can be expected with a beard trimmer. This trimmer performed well in both of these tasks. The main blade is wide so it's easy to make lines and keep them straight. The frame of the trimmer is also fairly slim making it easy to adjust the contact angle. The blade flips up easily making it easy to clean out after use. Charges in just under an hour, lasts for ~40min, and can be used while plugged in. Also fully waterproof which means you can rinse it out when you're finished. It came with two adjustable blade guards one for your beard and the other says its for haircuts. I gave it a shot but it doesn't compare to any name brand hair clippers I've owned. The trimmer has a small flip up blade for more detailed work as well. I tried it out a bit and while it seemed to do it's job ok it definitely doesn't cut as easily or as closely as the main blade. Overall for my purposes this is a great trimmer. It cuts quickly and short, makes straight lines easy, allows for any angle of blade contact, and cleans up easily.

I was excited to receive this beard trimmer from Braun for free in exchange for an honest review.
Since I keep my beard almost year round I was looking forward to using something a little smaller than my heavy hair trimmers.
My overall impression on the trimmer is very positive. I like that it comes with two changeable guards that can be used for winter and summer beard trimming. The bonus( eyebrow, fine tuning) trimmer is excellent overall and only takes a little use to get comfortable with.
Right out of the box you can tell that this is a nice product with good fit and finish.
It was especially nice as I previously kept my beard a lot longer and t made for easy trimming giving me a healthier looking beard.
Cleaning thanks to the design and waterproof nature takes no time at all as compared to my heavy plug in buzzers. The included bag is nice for keeping everything together but I did purchase a small plastic tote to keep this item secured and everything organized in my washroom.
A recommended product for you no matter the length of your beard, this product will last me for years to come
