Very happy with this item. It’s sturdy and it looks great in my bathroom.
The only issue I had with it was that at first it tilted forward on the door because the hooks are deeper than the door thickness, and that tilt was just enough to prevent the door from closing. I cut a couple of shims out of high-density foam to fill the gapon each hook, and now it’s perfect!

The product description says “ The sturdy steel flexible bracket fits doors from 1-3/8’’ to 2-1/4’’ thick” but this is not the case. The bracket is sized to 1 3/4” and is not adjustable. You could probably bend the metal but definitely not enough to get it over a 2 1/4” door. I was looking for something that would go over a thick, dorm room door and this will not work! The entire reason I bought it was based on that description.

What a bizarre device. It is meant to hang over the bathroom door so you can hang your towels on it. But it is so big and thick that the bathroom door won't close with it on. Not. Even. Close. Absolutely useless.

They both arrived bent / damaged in the over-door mount part -- one was completely unusable. The one that did sort of work despite being bent did not lie flat enough, forcing the door open. Ended up returning the pair. Luckily I found another set that lay flat and that's working out great.
