These lasted almost a year before the ear piece broke off rendering it useless.
I really loved this headset. I work from home and it is comfortable all day. They were an investment and I am super careful with them, hanging them up when not in use. Today while on a call, I pulled the mic down to my mouth and the entire earpiece fell to the floor rendering them useless. I am so disappointed.

I bought this unit for work in March 2023, and it broke today six months almost to the day. Now dealing with warranty replacement. If it hadn't broke it seems to work fine and sound is good. If you have longer hair it will get caught depending on how you take the headset off.
