Pretty nice, but...
I bought this on recommendation of Wirecutter.com. It seems like a good product, though I haven't used it for very long.But...The temperature dial is SOOOOOOO hard to read! It needs to be at a particular angle to show well.

I bought a Sunbeam iron a couple years ago to replace my lightweight iron of many years, but have never liked it (clunky, not good with wrinkles). Actually, I wanted to buy THIS iron back then, but it had so many reviews citing unreliability. May still be true!

But I do really like this iron! It's not too heavy & is well-designed in term of maneuverability & easy for me to hold too (I'm older.....). And no leaking or spitting or any problems with, so far...

I mostly iron duvet covers & sheets, & this iron is greatly superior to the Sunbeam. Can get into small corners of fitted sheets with, and yes, that steam is quite amazing! Fogs up my glasses if I'm lifting it (& not over the ironing board). It feels & looks like a quality iron too.

It's a bit hard to read the controls on the iron (but I'm mostly setting it to the same places). And hard to see water level (tho easy to pour water into it). Otherwise, it's well-designed & not overly complicated. I just pray it lasts awhile! Best iron I've had or used--& priced right, good value!

This iron is heavier and larger than my previous Black + Decker iron. It is easier to fill - and holds more water - but every time I pick it up (constantly, every time I have to reposition fabric) I notice the weight. Surprisingly, the water level is difficult to determine through the dark blue window. Conversely, I am impressed by the efficiency, the power and control of steam, spray and steam bursts. I enjoy turning out a crisply ironed shirt, and this iron satisfies.

As a sewer, I use the iron almost every day. I went through several Rowanta’s, which died much too soon, and decided not to spend so much this time around. I have owned this one over two years now. It is a good weight, comfortable to use, and puts out plenty of steam. It is difficult to see the water level when filling the tank, but this is a problem of many irons. The biggest objection I have is that, in switching from steam to dry setting, it continues to put out small amounts of steam. The iron has to be absolutely bone dry or it will continue to emit a little moisture vapor out of the steam vents. This may not matter to most people, but it is a huge problem for sewers, because we have to press paper patterns, which are ruined by coming into contact with any amount of steam whatsoever. I am now thinking of buying a second iron just to keep it for the dry setting. For routine ironing this iron may be fine, but I think it could also be a potential problem in ironing delicate fabrics such as silk, which can water spot. Best to be aware of this before purchasing, as it is not a problem that shows up with every iron. My Rowentas, for instance, never did this.

This iron is unbelievably great. All these years I have been buying much more expensive brands only to have them spill and spit water all over, this doesn't spit at all!! And the ones with the 400 to 600 holes in the sole, that turns out to be a lot of nonsense that I fell for, this steam irons great.
The only thing I am stunned about is the visibility of the water, you can hardly see it because it's so dark!!! Didn't someone at the home office use this first before it went into production?
I still think it's a great iron.

This is one of those rare items that are worth more than its price looking at what else is for sale out there. It's as good as irons twice it's price. When did irons start costing $100+? You kidding? But this one is right in line. It's well made and gets the job done with a 2 year warranty.
