Wirecutter’s 100 Most Popular Picks in March 2021
While many folks are finally shrugging off the winter doldrums and enjoying the (almost) balmy spring weather, much of what Wirecutter readers purchased in March reflected a cooped-up life indoors. Dry air prompted a lot of humidifier buying, messy homes spurred the purchase of several vacuums (from bagless uprights to handhelds to robots), and many readers remained on alert about what they’re breathing, judging by the popularity of air purifiers.
Of course, the ongoing pandemic has made both cloth masks and surgical face masks imperative, too, and the popularity of office chairs and webcams suggests that many people are settling in for a continued work-from-home routine. (Also, who knew everyone needed toasters?)
Now, if you’re familiar with our monthly top-seller list, you may have noticed that this one looks a little different from those of past months. We’ve expanded the list to reflect a broader picture of what readers are buying. Start from the top left to find the most popular pick, move one spot to the right to find the second most popular, and once you’ve made it across, start on the left again in the following row—the top hundred are listed in descending order.
