The actor and TV host Drew Barrymore has listed her 1.7-acre estate less than a mile from the beach in the Hamptons for $8.45 million.

Barrymore’s sprawling estate, purchased in 2019, features a 6,850-square-foot house converted from a 1920 barn. It has seven bedrooms and six full baths, along with a living room with a fireplace, great room and den.
The Sagaponack, N.Y., home, with several decks and patios, is surrounded by lush, landscaped gardens, and includes a pool, pool house, bocce ball court and a one-bedroom, one-bathroom guest house.
Also on Long Island, Sean Hannity, the conservative talk show host, is listing his gated home on Centre Island, in Oyster Bay. The asking price is $13.75 million.
The nearly 11,000-square-foot house has seven bedrooms and nine baths.
The 5.76-acre estate comes with 500 feet of bay frontage and a 81-foot private dock.
The home’s resort-style amenities include a pool, tennis court, and a par 3 golf course.
Hannity bought the Long Island estate in 2008, reportedly paying $8.5 million.
He has since relocated to Palm Beach, Fla.
Robert Kraft, the owner of the New England Patriots football team, has sold his apartment at the Plaza hotel residences in a private transaction. The closing price was $22.5 million.
The 3,200-square-foot unit has three bedrooms, three full baths and a powder room.
Kraft bought the apartment, at Fifth Avenue and 59th Street, for $14.7 million in 2007.
The public relations executive Linda Robinson got $17.5 million for the Park Avenue apartment she had shared with her husband, James Robinson, the former American Express C.E.O. who died in March.
The full-floor co-op, at East 73rd Street, is around 6,500 square feet, with six bedrooms and seven and a half baths.
The longtime home of the photographer Elliott Erwitt, who died last year at 95, was sold by his estate. The closing price for the unit, on the eighth floor of 88 Central Park West, along with a ground-floor studio, was $13.1 million.
The apartment, which overlooks the park, has three bedrooms and two and a half baths.
The actress Jessica Chastain is listing her Midtown co-op for $7.45 million.
The four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath apartment, at 205 West 57th Street, a.k.a, the Osborne, was once owned by the composer Leonard Bernstein.
Chastain had purchased the unit for $5.1 million from another composer, Adam Guettel, in 2015.
