Turkish Super Lig side Gaziantep are finalising a deal for Brighton midfielder Kacper Kozlowski. Kozlowski is in Turkey to complete the move and he is expected to sign a three-year deal that runs until 2027. Juventus goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny’s move to Saudi Pro League side Al Nassr has broken down. The Athletic reported that the 34-year-old had reached an agreement in principle with the Saudi side over a two-year contract which would have been worth in the region of €19million (£16m, $20.4m) per year. Aston Villa have reached an agreement to re-sign winger Jaden Philogene from Hull City on a five-year contract. Philogene is to undergo a medical at Villa in the next 48 hours after an agreement was reached between the clubs, with Hull authorising the winger to complete the move. The 22-year-old spent five years at Villa and made six first-team appearances prior to joining Hull in a permanent transfer in September 2023. The Nigeria international has agreed a three-year deal plus the option of a further year to extend his stay at the King Power Stadium through to at least 2027. Manchester United have made an improved £45million plus £5m in add-ons offer for Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite. The offer falls far below the Goodison Park club’s valuation of the England international and has been rejected.
