- Changed to simple FOMOD. Added patches for RaceMenu, Jaxonz Positioner, Better Dialogue Contrlls and Survival Mode Integration. Also added options for people who use the share button and keeping or removing Creation Club from Main Menu

Small Brief:
Pretty simple, this replaces all Xbox Icons with PlayStation 4 Icons. This is a simple FOMOD installer with all the options and patches.

I would highly recommend you download either Flashing Savegames Fix or Remove QuickSave Button.
