There is no way around it, the AI cheats. They instashot trained SWAT operators like they are T-800 from the Terminator. This mod adjusts some parameters to create a balanced difficulty. It was tested on multiple maps and it is working.The mod also increase a little SWAT HP to improve survivability and 1 more minute to bomb timers.
