Blackwood Fashions is a small store containing two merchants that sell rare goods. There are some OP items for sale too and both merchants are Master-level trainers. Anya can train Destruction and can recharge weapons and Cynthia trains in Athletics and can repair weapons/armor. The shop also features a bedroll where the player can level up in between training if needed.
