So apparently the original idea for Burden to Bear made it so medium and heavy armor no longer made you move slower, just made the version ingame do that.

Description:
So while browsing discord today I came across a post made by Avellone after New Vegas released about a fanmade perk contest, and originally Burden to Bear would make it so the player wouldn't be effected by armor movement penalty, and I REALLY liked that idea, so using the power of NVSE and JIP LN I remade it, Burden to Bear will also no longer give you the +50 carry weight.
What it Does:
Medium and heavy armor will no longer slow you down, works dynamically with mods that change the penalty such as JSawyer, removes the perk's carry weight buff, increases STR requirement from 6 to 8.
Recommended Mods:
Yukichigai Unofficial Patch: Never play without YUP, it is the ultimate unofficial patch for New Vegas and fixes thousands of bugs and mistakes, both big and small.
Unofficial Patch NVSE: A collection of bug fixes that require and utilize NVSE and JIP LN.
