Because ancient civilization didn't start in Europe. (Different creative map, although closer to normal rules.)

Around 9600 BCE, the droughts and cold of the Younger Dryas stadial had come to an end, making it possible for Natufian nomads to settle in the area. This settlement would eventually become one of the oldest cities in the world: Jericho.
Features:
• Mild climate • No raiders • No extinctions (ancient animals just become rarer) • Good supply of resources • Predators appear gradually over the ages • Normal tech rate • Normal immigration rate • Normal diseases • Start with 8 people: 2 elder, 4 adult, 2 children
HOW TO INSTALL IT
Just open the zip file and drag and drop the directory in it into your Documents/DawnOfMan/Scenarios folder. It should appear under community the next time you start the game.
KNOWN ISSUES
It doesn't particularly match the area around Jericho, but when all I have as a terrain tool is guessing a good random seed for the map generator, well, there's only so much I can do.
