Dawn of the Dark Soul:
A mod focused around overhaul of the original game, my main goal is adding features without damaging the lore or balance.
New Weapons, Movesets, Spells, NPC quests.

Version v1.3.7.0
- Hexing Flame:
Hexing Flame was added, it is given to you by Karla the witch upon asking her to learn dark sorceries.
Lorian's Greatsword:
The model was replaced with the cut content version. Thanks to Jaxi for making and providing the model.
Straight Swords:
Broad swords move set and long sword move sets were separated.
Long Swords:
new set of 1H R1's, 2H R2's are now thrusts.
Wolf Blood Greatsword:
The Abyss Watcher idle stance was removed for the sake of game fluidity. I know some of you will miss it, but please understand it was a required loss.
The Wolf Blood Greatsword was majorly buffed as it wasn't performing quite up to par with other ultras.
DualStance:
DualStance now accurately allows each weapon to have its separate damage and effects.
I'd say it's a very welcome change, fire and ice combinations anyone?
For example, hammer DualStance using a mace and war pick allows having thrust damage on the war pick and blunt on the mace.
Rapier DualStance was completely redone and is now much more pleasant.
Added Hammer DualStance.
General:
New mechanic, left stick back then forward + R1 now allows to execute a running attack without running.
It is very hard to time, but it might prove useful if you're skilled^^.
Many bug fixes were done, but I can't actually remember even a small part of it.

Vinheim Cane:
Vinheim Cane was added.
Vinheim Cane was given to Orbeck of Vinheim, it is his one of a kind weapon. It will be dropped upon his death or at the end of his questline.

Saw Cleaver:
Fixed some rather uneventful bugs.
The weapon now has Its own class Saw/Cleaver.
The weapon's Weapon Art is now correctly displayed as Spin Slash/Grating Uppercut.
The weapon's tricked form no longer deals bleed damage for balance and consistency reasons.

Farron Dagger:
The weapon is now infusible, it is the only strength dagger in the game.
Whereas before it was mainly a reskinned parrying dagger.
The weapon is now upgraded with normal titanite instead of twinkling and upgrades up to +10.

Greatsword:
Fixed a bug where the second 2H uncharged heavy would be broken.

Splitleaft Greatsword:
Fixed a bug(vanilla) where the weapon would be missing a hitbox for an entire swing at the start of the loop WA.
That Should make the weapon much more viable in PvE.

Tricking:
It is now impossible to mechanically break a trick weapon by interrupting tricking/untricking animations at just the right moment.
Fixed a bug where Havel's Greatshield weapon art mechanically broke trick weapons.

Sorcery:
Many sorceries can now be cast while walking, that is to make sorcery's more unique and viable., their casting animations also have improved tracking thanks to that.

Player character:
Moving your camera while idle will make your playable character move their head accordingly.
Very needed feature in my opinion.

Misc:
Many additional bug fixes that were too minor for me to remember.

HoodiePatcher:

Wolf Blood Greatsword:
Farron Greatsword is now named Wolf Blood Greatsword.
Major rebalancing changes, using HoodiePatcher.
The speed of every move has been majorly balanced. It now behaves far more similarly to a greatsword.
It's speed has not been lost. As it is still slightly faster than any UGS,
Wolf Blood Greatsword is now a faith build weapon. It's fire damage scales with pure Faith, as this is a lord of cinders weapon.
I know many of you might find this a questionable decision from a lore perspective. But the linking of fire is a heavily religious practice. You're free to discuss with me about it in my server^^
The first 2 handed R2 has had it's animation changed.
The 2 handed R2 now has 3 charge states.
The uncharged version of the first L1 is now a much cleaner animations, Thanks to 意带利黑手.
Fixed a bug where the second l1 would trigger automatically after the first uncharged l1.
The weapon now has a custom icon.
The weapon now has a custom description. Thanks to Thanks to Ana.
Many small bugfixes, and fluidity changes.
I don't remember exactly all the details, but it's good stuff^^

The original vanilla greatsword has been restored, and it is infusible, as it is a mundane weapon, reinforced with standard titanite up to +10.
The weapon has a custom description. Thanks to Ana
The Farron Greatsword is found inside the Abyss Watchers boss room, as a temporary location. It might change whenever i find a more suit place.

Removed Legion's Stance, as it diminished the flow of the moveset.
One of the attacks is now a standard L1, the other is a Charge L1, keep the L1 key pressed until it triggers.
The two techniques are now meshed together and should allow for a more fluid moveset.
Some other minor changes, i don't remember lol.
Saw Cleaver:
Fixed a bug where the weapon would untrick after a rolling attack, specifically after 2 consecutive rolls.
improved transitions of heavy attacks after rolls. There was some slight teleporting.

I made a new model for it, not much about it. It's a little more historically accurate.
Saw Cleaver:
Entirely new weapon class, trick weapons. Its execution is unlike anything you've seen before, I assure you.
It is found in the undead settlement near the warrior of sunlight covenant badge, hidden behind some boxes.
The weapon is fully infusible and is one of the best bleed weapons. It will shine most in a luck build or a strength build
but it's viable on most builds.
Dual wield mechanics:
Left-hand attacks always combo in Right-hand attacks and vice-versa.
Rapiers have a unique L1 when a rapier is held in both the Right-hand and the Left-hand

Dragonslayer Greataxe:
It has a new model (Much longer handle), and a permanent lightning visual effect.
No changes to moveset quite yet, don't hold it against me. More work has gone into the Farron UGS than I had originally anticipated.
Farron Greatsword:
Custom animated, much resembling the abyss watcher's technique. Along with their idle stance, flame buff, and a new mechanic.
Legion's stance, you can think of it much like a second weapon art it's triggered on L1 and transitions into a unique Heavy or L1 chain.
Wearing the Farron Ring further expands the abilities of the Legion's stance.
Farron Dagger:
An entirely new weapon, gifted to you by Hawkhood the deserter, Just like the one on the Farron UGS.
It has new lore.
It is most effective in the off-hand, as it allows for both slashing and parrying. Roughly equivalent to a parrying dagger.
Moonlight Greatsword:
The weapon has undergone many changes. It is now able to cast sorcery's, unleash Moonlight has moved to L1.
Its stat requirement is now 40 Intelligence. It scales prodigiously up to 80 Intelligence, although it's damage is rather low at 40 Intelligence.
Perfect for a veteran sorcerer.
Parrying Dagger:
Entirely new off-hand code, the guard has been removed.
It is now able to slash and parry while off-hand.
Farron Ring:
The Farron Ring is assuredly found inside the Abyss Watchers boss fight room.
Luck:
I have changed how item discovery scales with luck, now 10 levels in luck equal about 100 item discovery. Maximum is 1000 Item discovery

P.S. Sometimes when you first start the game innate buffs may not appear if the weapon was in active hand when you exited the game, cycling weapons will fix it.
