Fine. I'll do it myself.
Replaces the default button prompt icons with high quality Pro Controller icons. They're in white for better visibility. And that's pretty much all there is to it.
There's two versions. One is I guess the "normal" version, where the A button on the Switch controller corresponds to Xbox's A button. This requires the "Use Nintendo Button Layout" option in Steam's controller settings to be enabled, like so.
There's also an "unflipped" version or whatever now, where the Switch's B button corresponds to the Xbox's A button. Good for people who are used to button placement like me.
How to install: Requires iGP11. Unzip it to your tex_overrides folder, which should be in like DARK SOULS III\Game\iGP11\tex_override
Icons source is in the Permissions tab. I encourage you to make your own version if the white color doesn't suit you! I'm a noob so I don't really know what the hell a UXM is or whatever the kids are using, so port this to that if you like. Do whatever you want.
Why use white icons? Personally I think they look better and they stand out more against the darker UI backgrounds. There's a mod for DS Remastered that has normal Pro controller icons but I'm not a fan of how it looks.
