The MedEquip Alert is very simple to use, I just pressed the SOS button and a monitoring service operator answered and asks if I need assistance. I told him I did, and help came. I was terrified for a while until I spoke to the operator and then felt secure that I was going to get the help I needed. I will never go anywhere without my MedEquip Alert.

I received my MedEquip Alert unit at the beginning of January 2018 and it was lucky for me that I did. I’ve had to call for help twice, once when I felt light-headed and another time when I needed to be calmed that someone was there for me. I can’t say enough about the MedEquip Alert. The monitoring company answered within seconds and the help I needed arrived as promised.

I like the fact that there is no phone line needed with the MedEquip Alert. It goes straight to a monitoring service that has my information such as name, address and contacts I would want called. They also made note of my lock box code so they could get in the house without damage to my front door, all in all it was a good choice and a restful feeling knowing I can get the help when I need it.

After my husband passed I have been on my own in our family home. I wanted to continue to live there but was afraid of being alone and not able to get help in an emergency. I received the MedEquip Alert with the monitoring service and it made me feel safer and more independent. It is very simple to use, just press the MedEquip Alert SOS button for help and the operator answers. I can now enjoy the freedom of living independently without fear of being alone and not getting help during an emergency. I still miss my husband dearly but I’m able to go on without fear of being isolated - thank you to the MedEquip Alert company!
