Basic installation includes the following:

Installation with three rails for 6-foot-high wood fencing; installation with four rails for 8-foot-high wood fencing
Testing to ensure proper operation of gates
Final cleanup of jobsite (doesn’t include debris from line clearing or an old fence or dump fees, as may be required locally)
Spreading dirt from post holes over the new post area
Setting all posts in concrete

Call 811 to request a utility survey and ensure all known utilities and underground lines are identified and marked prior to the scheduled installation date.
Ensure unmarked irrigation lines, sprinkler heads, septic tanks or fields, or other utility lines are identified and marked prior to the scheduled installation date.
Discuss your plans with any neighbors whose property lies along your proposed fence line and make sure your fence is on your property. You should also check with your homeowners association, if applicable, before proceeding with your plans. Check for easements — a right of way granted to another property owner or utility company — in your deed.
