The installation service includes delivery and installation of the new door(s) as well as removal of the existing door(s). We also test for proper operation and clean up the jobsite.

You begin by setting up an in-home measurement. An independent service provider will schedule time to come to your home and complete the measurement. Then a Lowe’s associate from your local store will be in contact with you about the total project cost for your installation project.

For complex entry door and patio door systems, you’ll start your design and selection process at home with one of our professional in-home consultants. Once you’ve finalized your selection, an independent service provider will schedule time with you at your home to confirm measurements.

On the day of installation, The service provider should arrive on time and introduce themselves before work begins. They’ll remove and dispose of your old door(s) and then install the new one(s). All service providers are screened, background-checked, insured and, when applicable, licensed. This ensures they get the job done right.

A one-year labor warranty comes standard with our door installation projects. Additionally, all of our manufacturers’ doors come with their own product warranties.
