What Installation Includes:
- Unboxing and inspection of your appliance for visible damage and confirmation of correct make and model
- Removal of packaging from your home
- Connection of appliance to the existing water source and to the anti-tip bracket, if included
- Leveling and testing of appliance to ensure it’s connected properly
- Basic product demonstration and testing of the appliance to ensure proper connection
- Relocation of an old freestanding appliance within the same residence (reconnection not included)
What You’ll Need to Get It Working
You’ll need a new connector hose, sold separately. The item will be automatically added to your cart. (The existing connector and cords can’t be reused.)
Haul Away
- You can purchase haul away separately (selection available to add in cart).
- Haul away is free for customers with a Lowe’s Pro Account.
- The old appliance must be uninstalled and emptied prior to haul away.
- A per-item fee applies to all major appliances, including new, refurbished, or scratch and dent, sold when you choose to have your old appliances removed from the residence.
Please Note: Additional charges may apply for deliveries over 75 miles from the fulfillment location, weight/dimensions, additional tools, trip permits and relocation of appliance. Delivery teams can’t hook up appliances to copper waterlines.
