Treatments
Customized massages tailored to your needs, rituals for sleep and connection. Our treatment menu is full of opportunities to connect and recover. Try a sleep-encouraging ritual like our Mindful Dreams, a rhythmic full-body massage (the perfect option just before a cozy night staying in a guest room at The Longfellow), an invigorating and nourishing full-body Seaweed Leaf Wrap or bring back your natural glow with a NeoLifting© Facial Massage.
Sauna
Our private infrared sauna suites are a great way to experience the time-tested ritual of hot + cold + rest + repeat with a range of benefits from pain relief to better sleep. Each sauna suite comes with your own private infrared sauna, uniquely designed to heal and detoxify by combining infrared light with chromotherapy, a private rain shower with the ability to create a deluge of cold water at the press of a button, a private relaxation area with hydrating beverages and nourishing snacks, and a private bathroom where you can freshen up and re-apply your makeup before continuing on with your day. The unique setup of our private sauna suites makes them the perfect setting for your next date night or catch-up with a close friend. (The invigorating challenge of that cold water and dedicated time to rest between cycles is a great experience to help you reconnect while trying something new!)
Meditation
Our meditation room features one of our favorite offerings in the spa, our Meditation Loungers. This technology has been used to treat PTSD and addiction and has recently been making its way into the spa world. The loungers remove distractions and allow you to melt into a meditation practice quickly and easily, leading to unprecedented levels of relaxation. When you're short on time but in need of a reset, a 20-minute session in the meditation room is the perfect solution.

Astraea donates a portion of proceeds to the FEED KIDS program at Full Plates Full Potential, a local nonprofit working to end childhood food insecurity. Full Plates Full Potential partners with schools and communities throughout the state to create sustainable systems through investment and advocacy. We offer convenient valet parking at a fixed rate of $15, no matter how long you stay. Additionally, there is free street parking available in the vicinity of the hotel, with options for 1-hour to 2-hour parking.
While we strive to provide a comprehensive wellness experience, access to our private infrared sauna suites is not included with other spa treatments. To enjoy the unique benefits of our saunas, you will need to reserve a sauna room time block at an additional rate. This ensures you have a private and uninterrupted session tailored to your needs.
