Overview
Daniela Spencer focuses her practice on a broad range of advanced media and technology matters, with an emphasis on privacy, emerging technologies, and intellectual property. She regularly counsels clients on advertising disputes; data security issues; privacy policy development, implementation, and compliance, privacy audits and compliance; right of publicity and defamation matters; and copyright and trademark infringement disputes. With her background in litigation, she helps clients determine their legal risk and provides mitigation strategies as a way to prevent potential legal action.
Daniela has been published in the Berkeley Technology and Law Journal, and her law review article has been cited by the Ninth Circuit.
