Are the Mickey Beignets at Disney World good?
If you’re looking for a sweet snack while at Disney World, you can’t go wrong with these delicious pastries. My mouth is watering right now just thinking about this delightful much sought after Mickey shaped Disney snack.
Disney World vs Disneyland Mickey Beignets – I have to say, after having tried Mickey shaped beignets several times at both Disneyland in California and Disney World in Florida, the Disney World version is the best of the two!
What do Mickey Beignets Taste Like?
Simply put, Mickey beignets taste like a light, fluffy French donut made in heaven. Disney World’s beignets are made fresh. These flaky pillowy pastries are served warm, and are liberally dusted with powdered sugar.
There are dipping sauces on the menu if you want to add a bit of added indulgence. You can even get them with a chocolate glaze.
Where can I find the Mickey Shaped Beignets at Disney World?
The one and only place to find the Mickey beignets at Disney World is at Walt Disney World’s Port Orleans Resort French Quarter Resort. It’s worth the trip over to this resort just to find these delectable pastries.
You’ll have to stand in line at the Scat Cat’s Club Cafe (near the resort’s food court) for awhile, but I can tell you these warm and fluffy Mickey treats are definitely worth the trip.
Disney Pro Tip
Get in the line early in the morning before going to the parks. Scat Cat’s Club Cafe opens at 7 am. Mickey Beignets make great breakfast treats. Be sure to get a bag to-go to eat more later!
There are also adult versions of this yummy treat called Baton Rouge Beignets. The boozy beignets come with your choice of Baileys, Kahlua, or Rumchata! I haven’t tried them yet, but they’re definitely on my list for my next visit to Disney.
