Dante Director now available
At InfoComm we announced Dante Director, a cloud-based Dante network management tool designed for small to medium-sized installed networks that is easily setup in minutes. Now it’s easier than ever to manage your Dante network. With Dante Director you gain:
- Remote monitoring and management of all Dante devices
- Network security with user authentication
- Device monitoring with complete event logging
- Custom integration and control surface support with the Dante Managed API
Transforming AV professionals into AV superheroes
On the trade show floor, we met hundreds of AV professionals who control their AV universe with secure, organized, and managed Dante systems—and turned them into AV superheroes! Many of them even took the opportunity to dress up in their finest superhero costumes and take photos in our superhero packaging at the booth.

Dante Controller update preview
Many present at InfoComm were pleasantly surprised to get a preview of what's coming to Dante Controller. The user interface of the app that you love—the app that's central to everything Dante is getting a facelift! We are excited to show you how we've brought Dante Controller up to modern standards. Dante adds Media Encryption to enhance security features of the Dante AV-over-IP Platform
Earlier this month, Audinate announced the addition of Dante Media Encryption to the Dante-over-IP platform. Dante Media Encryption protects the content of media flows using strong AES-256 encryption, safeguarding media from interception or unauthorized access. Dante Media Encryption capabilities are fully compatible between updated devices in managed Dante networks, allowing for end-to-end media encryption for security- and privacy-conscious installations.
Dante product updates for Dante Media Encryption will be available for original equipment manufacturers to integrate with their products in the second half of this year.
Dante Connect event-based licensing
Dante Connect allows you to use your existing, on-premise Dante audio devices and connect them to cloud-based production tools. Traditionally sold as an annual subscription, Dante Connect is now available for purchase on an event basis, enabling detailed event accounting.
