I hear this often: "It sounds like our company would love to work with your team, but we're not sophisticated enough yet." There's many misconceptions about what we do, but this is one of the biggest. What people don't understand is that what we're able to do & how we do it for our clients might look extremely sophisticated, but it's only possible because our data platform and and expert team work tirelessly perfecting the simplest, most boring, most fundamental things. "Non sophisticated" companies are exactly the ones that would benefit the most, and see the biggest wins. Want to measure & bid for true incremental revenue? Bonsai's got ya. Sound fantastical? It is. Does it feel out of reach? It always does before you start. Can you do it? Of course. Our secret sauce? It's not what you think. It's simple. Boring. Fundamental. Like 🕛 👷♀️.

What is good service? The answer seems obvious! Here in Brazil, being affable, soft-spoken, kind and attentive is part of the "protocol" to be well-regarded by customers and potential customers in the energy area. It's a set of necessary but by far not sufficient features, which in my experience should include: 1. Discover with the necessary depth "what it's all about" 2. Analyse the information collected 3. Model solutions that can be contracted by the customer 4. Show the customer the solutions in a simple and easy way 5. Have the predisposition to face discussions with the client 6. Telling the customer what's best is not necessarily what they want to hear 7. Proactively help the customer in their decision-making process 8. Set up a time line with activities and people responsible for "making it happen" 9. Monitor the progress of the timeline indicating potential corrections 10. Keep the customer informed of the progress of the solutions and results These 10 steps will be worth a try. The results can be extraordinary, in addition to providing super motivation to the entire team involved!
