🛒 To Retail or Not? Many digitally native brands debate this question. Some food for thought for those who "don't need to be in retail": The (not so) hot take here is, today’s consumer isn’t online or offline. They’re Omnichannel; i.e. they are constantly shopping online + offline and aren’t exclusively loyal to exlclusively purchasing items online as they were during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic.
