One thing about Microblading people don’t know. Contrary to popular belief… Microblading is semi-permanent Although considered a form of tattooing, microblading is done on the epidermis layer of the skin and should fade within 12-18 months. This client came to me from another artist. These brows were borderline on whether or not I could work over them. I recommended that she go through a couple lightening sessions but the client did not want to, so we proceeded, which I was comfortable with. 🔥 Here's are my thoughts and exactly what I did with this cover up: 🌟 My goal was not to implant a lot of pigment and saturate the skin a whole lot. But, my client did want to have darker, bolder, more defined brows. So my goal was to even up the preexisting color & keep the bulb of the brow soft to still allow the brow to heal natural despite the rest of the brow being bold. NEEDLE: I needed more color in the middle of the brow than we did in the tail. The client did have scar tissue built up so I decided that I needed to use a @tinadaviesprofessional PIXL 3RL .25mm (long taper) so that I could saturate her skin a little more quickly with a sharper needle, get in and get out of her skin. MACHINE: My machine speed was at a 5.3-5.5 so that I could create more pixelation and not heavy saturation.  PIGMENT: I chose TD Pigments because I needed something that would be sure to cover her previous work. I used a warm color and modifier to counter balance the gray/blue from her existing work. I chose Medium Brown & Sunset.
