Some thoughts about the picture: Did the fish die because of ingested cigarette butts? or because he was caught and cooked by fisherman? Fish was fried without degutting it? The consumer ate the fish meat and the internal organs and discovered the cigarette butts? Degutting the fish would have shown what it has recently ingested, so no need to fry and eat the fish to send the message. One Cent :)

According to a study published in The Lancet in 2021, poverty is the leading cause of death globally, accounting for 1.6 million deaths per year. This is based on data from 195 countries and territories. The study also found that poverty is a major contributor to many other health issues, including infectious diseases, malnutrition, and mental health problems. So, it's not just about the number of deaths, but also the overall impact on health and well-being.

Cigarettes: the gift that just keeps on killing. Disposable vape pens: the new cigarette to both addict you and destroy the environment.

We all know that! But what world governments are doing to prevent that!

Cigarette butts are a huge problem! 🌎 Let's tackle plastic waste and improve our health by quitting smoking.

In today's society, smoking is widely recognized as a highly detrimental behavior to health. It not only poses serious risks to the individual smoker but also affects the health of those around them. Harmful chemicals in tobacco increase the risk of cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and respiratory issues. Therefore, reducing or avoiding smoking is crucial for the health of both oneself and others.

And especially kids get exposed to them at bus, tram , railway stations! Do smokers think of that exposure and effects on kids!!

Thanks for sharing Next to personal and national debt. We just can’t see those ones; and I feel it is still a part of well being and health How about increasing access to quality, affordable, and timely care??? I am certainly down to commit to quit with that part. I feel there are still more dangerous things to prioritize over cigarette butts

#CommitToQuit We fully support this initiative and movement. Quitting is both beneficial to our health and the health of our precious planet!
