"Just one more episode" Do TV shows/series feel more like a commitment than entertainment? One episode is never enough. I have glanced at enough phones on the bus to know that plenty of people think it’s acceptable to squeeze in a Game of Thrones before and after work. There are times when TV shows/series feel less like entertainment and more like a commitment you can’t get out of. The best way to reduce the effects of binge-watching is to make TV shows/series watching an occasional pleasure and not an everyday thing. There is nothing wrong with sitting down to catch up on your favorite show over an occasional weekend. Some ways to break this habit include: Limiting yourself: You may want to watch one/two episodes of a show at a time over an occasional weekend. Once you have reached your limit, find something else to do. Have an awesome weekend!! #timemanagement
