It’s been a year since I stepped into the Global Chief Purpose Office at Deloitte. It’s been a year full of learning and development for me; learning about sustainability, climate and nature, learning about how to maximize our impact in our communities, learning about ethical technology, using AI for good and sharpening my cultural awareness and knowledge from around the world. Most importantly, I’ve gotten a first-hand view of the impact that we are making everyday with our clients, our people and our society. Purpose is more than a statement on our website, it’s what drives us every day in the work we do, helps us make decisions big and small, and moves us forward. We're just getting started- and I’m excited to keep learning.
