New updates could be coming to the Agent Orange Presumptive List. ⬇️
On February 12th, the VA published a proposal in the Federal Register to expand the Herbicide (Agent Orange) Presumptive List.
The Presumptive Lists have been adjusted occasionally over time as the VA’s understanding of the correlation between military service and the development of medical conditions in the veteran population has improved.

U.S. Army Garrison Alaska, Command Sgt. Maj. Ruben Murillo on the importance of filling out the Fort Wainwright Living Pattern Survey.
The Living Pattern Survey is available to all service members in Alaska thru December 31, 2023, and is instrumental in updating our Fort Wainwright, Alaska OCONUS COLA indices.
Your responses will be treated as confidential and only participation statistics will be reported to your Country Allowance Coordinator to monitor data collection progress.
To prepare for the survey, determine where you purchase groceries, clothing, household furnishings, entertainment, communications and transportation. The survey takes approximately 20 - 30 minutes to complete.
Please answer questions for all applicable categories. Incomplete surveys cannot be used as this might result in inaccurate analysis of shopping behavior.
A special question block is provided for service members to fill in all Alaska-specific purchases not included in the main body of the survey. Alaska is an exceptional environment where added expenses add up quickly; such as snow tires, winterization of vehicles, winter clothing, bear spray, snow removal equipment and even travel.
