If you are recruiting for a job and it's hybrid, don't say the word remote. If you are recruiting for a job and it's remote only in one state, say remote only in X state. If it's a true remote position from anywhere, say remote. Too many postings are confusing and ambiguous. Those searching for a job are already having a hard time, don't make it even harder for them to decipher what you are actually looking for. In the end, it will also save you from reviewing less resumes.
