Efficiency is the heartbeat of every organization, driving us to streamline processes and eliminate non-value adding tasks. Organizing a company-wide Hackathon is a great way to find problems and come up with solutions, boosting our productivity. With the hackathon NIB wants to encourage: Employee-driven, out-of-the-box ideas gathered in a supportive environment  where employees are given the freedom and support to collaborate with colleagues in other departments to find a real solution for a problem/issue they face in their everyday job.

Thrilled to share the joy of our collective achievement! 🚀 From conquering the internal rounds of the hackathon to earning a spot in the 𝐒𝐈𝐇 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬, every step reaffirmed the power of unity. Placed as Top 10 finalists of HumanAIze hackathon:) We are excited to share that Team StudySync has been selected as one of the top ten finalists in the HumanAIze Hackathon Ed-Tech Edition! Students often struggle with understanding complex course material because their study resources may have gaps and their study approaches tend to be one-size-fits-all. They also often lack personalized feedback on their progress and are unsure how to effectively target their study efforts. StudySync addresses this problem by providing a platform where students can upload their course resources and thier hand written lecture notes. The platform analyzes these materials to identify gaps in knowledge and understanding. Based on this analysis, StudySync personalizes each student's learning journey by creating tailored quizzes and flashcards.
